CprE 458/558 Real-Time System (Fall 2007)

GRADING

Grading will be based on one midterm exam, one final exam, homework assignments,  and one term project.

Homeworks involve problem solving (4 homeworks) and programming related (3 homeworks). Programming related homeworks are typically done in groups of 3 students, and it is suggested the same groups are maintained for the term projects as well.

Term project is typically done in groups of 3 students. The nature of the projects could  be of literature study (least preferred), simulation, or implementation of architectures, algorithms, or protocols related real-time systems. Term project involves project plan (1-2 pages), presentation (15-20 minutes), final report (~15 pages), and demo as appropriate.
