the object is not given back.
When is it legal to take from someone else's website?

It is legal to take something from someone else's
site if there is permission given by the website owner.
Usually a website owner indicates on the site whether
or not the information or pictures can be used elsewhere
or downloaded (most of them request that their page
be referenced).
